DISABLED PERSON

The hotel is fully accessible for the handicapped; we have got rooms specially equipped. By booking we ask you to specify all your requests so as to satisfy them in the best way.

CAR-PARKING

The hotel parking-place is completely in the shade and can hold 33 cars. You can park your car in the hotel private area ( during the night the gate is closed) or along the street in front of the hotel free of charge- we suggest this option if you are often using the car. Take care that Bibione is famous for the pine trees and the resin they drop down....

INSURANCE

We have got an insurance against cancellation of the holiday resulting from a serious illness or serious event. We are contracted to Allianz Loyd Adriatico. Get your information at the hotel reception.

LAUNDRY SERVICE

If you give your chambermaid what you'd like to be washed, you'll have it back washed even at the evening. The prices are mentioned in the room information.

BIKES

Ask for a bike key at the desk and after a wonderful ride don't forget to give it back...The hotel put also at your disposal bikes with baby seats and mountain bikes. The service is for all the guests and is not bookable.

ROOM SERVICE

You can have breakfast , dinner or lunch served in your room with extra charge. Room service also for cold/hot drinks and appetizers. Order one of the drink special offers for your minibar.

ANIMALS

Animals are welcome in Hotel Alemagna. They are free and if you like we can provide them with a basket and drinking bowl. The dogs up to 4 kilos will pay €uro 25,00 for the final room cleaning, more than 4 kilos will pay €uro 50,00.

In Bibione there's Pluto's Beach, a beach area reserved for dogs and their owners,with sunumbrellas and sunbeds also for our little friends: it's worth seeing...(remember to book the place - extra price - ).

MAIL and FAX SERVICE

If you like you can send or receive E-mails and fax from/to your friends with extra charge.

AIRCONDITIONED and HEATED

Hotel Alemagna has got centralized air-conditioning and heating during low season. We ask you to use air-conditioning with common sense, because it pollutes the air and is very expensive and the hotel direction could charge you with the expense.

OPEN 24/24

The hotel reception is open 24 hours a day. The secretaries can help you from from 7:30 am until 10:30 pm; during the night the porter will be at your disposal but if you don't find him don't worry, he's outside busy with gardening or watching so he'll be back soon.

EXCURSIONS

Our secretary can help you planning and buying excursions to Triest, Venice, Palmanova, Villa Manin, ham firms in San Daniele del Friuli, vineyards in Veneto and Friuli Regions, or simply choosing the best big stores where you can go shopping.
