The refined cuisine is at the root of the relationship with our guests. The local natural products offered by the land of Veneto and Friuli give inspiration to our cooking art.

We arrange weekly Gala dinners, aperitif at the swimming-pool, dinners with typical cookery at candlelight and music entertainment.

The variety of our cooking offer in the daily special menu includes homemade noodles, fresh fish and first quality meat, without forgetting the vegetarian guests or with food intolerance.

Every day you'll find a wide choice of vegetables and homemade desserts in the buffet. We have selected for the connoisseurs the best wines of Veneto, Friuli Region and the other most important Italian regions.

We organize with pleasure parties for your birthday or any other celebration and/or anniversary. And don't forget the baby menu specially thought for our little guests.


BREAKFAST

The breakfast is served from 7:30 a.m until 10:00 a.m. in the dining room ( on request also on the barterrace near the pool) At breakfast you'll find a choice of cold cuts, cheese, cakes, brioches, biscuits, bread, yogurt with cereals, bacon, eggs and toast.

The guests can help yourself at the dispenser-machine coffee, milk and other hot drinks.

We are at your disposal if you have any food intolerance or for any special request on payment. The breakfast functions also with room service at the same opening time of the dining room or later with extra charge.

 

LUNCH

During breakfast time our maître will let you find at the table the choice menu for lunch and/or dinner according to the reservation. You can make a cross on the wished dish, one first course and one second course per person. Warm vegetables are served with the second course, while salads and other vegetables are with self-service buffet.

If you have booked with halfboard you can take lunch or dinner and choose it also every day. If you have arranged an excursion and would like a lunch-packet don't forget to order it in the evening and take it at breakfast.

 

DINNER

When you take place at your assigned table you can order the drinks directly to the waiter, but if you want to spare time just order them at breakfast together with the menu. Don't worry if you don't drink all the water or wine, we keep them in the fridge and you'll find them again on the table at the next meal.

SPECIAL DINNER

We have thought to make your evenings more delightful and exciting by organizing special events for all tastes. These special cooking entertainments haven't any fixed time, for the weather, the guests' wish and other events in Bibione usually make the agenda.

Hotel Alemagna plans on the whole the week this way:

Sunday: Aperitif and appetizers at pool

Monday: Paella Valenciana

Tuesday: Dinner with traditional cuisine of Veneto region

Wednesday: Menu a la carte

Thursday: dessert buffet made by Chef Claudio

Friday: Fish dinner

Saturday: Gala dinner at candlelight
