COOKING COURSE
Hotel Alemagna gives the opportunity to cooks or would-be cooks to master the secrets of traditional cuisine of Veneto and Friuli. We have planned 4 two-hour's cooking classes and final tasting of the prepared dishes. It takes place only during the low season and for 2010 these are the dates:

1st day – Sunday
Arrival in Bibione
14:00 welcome cocktail, program presentation and distribution of information material
16:00 – 18:00 first cooking class: appetizers
Dinner in hotel with appetizers buffet
2nd day – Monday
10:00 – 12:00 cooking class: First course
Aperitif with tasting of prepared dishes

Gala dinner of traditional cuisine of Veneto in hotel
3rd day – Tuesday
10:00 – 12:00 cooking class : Second course
Aperitif with tasting of prepared dishes

4th day Wednesday
