COOKING COURSE

 

Hotel Alemagna gives the opportunity to cooks or would-be cooks to master the secrets of traditional cuisine of Veneto and Friuli. We have planned 4 two-hour's cooking classes and final tasting of the prepared dishes. It takes place only during the low season and for 2010 these are the dates:

24/04 – 29/04 02/05 – 06/05 09/05 – 13/05 16/05 – 20/05 05/09 – 09/09 12/09 – 16/09

 

This is the detailed program:

1st day – Sunday

Arrival in Bibione

14:00 welcome cocktail, program presentation and distribution of information material

16:00 – 18:00 first cooking class: appetizers

Dinner in hotel with appetizers buffet

2nd day – Monday

10:00 – 12:00 cooking class: First course

Aperitif with tasting of prepared dishes

Free afternoon

Gala dinner of traditional cuisine of Veneto in hotel

3rd day – Tuesday

10:00 – 12:00 cooking class : Second course

Aperitif with tasting of prepared dishes

Free afternoon

Fish dinner in hotel

4th day Wednesday

10:00 – 12:00 cooking class: Cakes

Aperitif with tasting of prepared dishes

Free afternoon

Dinner in Hotel with wonderful dessert buffet

5th day Thursday

Breakfast and awarding of the certificate and a gift

8-HOUR'S COURSE ( at least 4 sharer) : Euro 200,00

20% discount for groups of 10 people

Classes and recipes in Italian, German and English

extra charge for single room Euro 6,00

Child reduction -50%

EXTENSION of 3 days WITH HALFBOARD : Euro 135,00 ( beach service included)

Possibility of doing any excursion in vineyards, ham firms of San Daniele del Friuli, Montasio creamery, Venice and Triest ( Miramare Castle).
